Ngoc Tri Seafood Company locates in the South of Vietnam with the processing area 5,000 square meters. This is central areas of good raw material supply. Company is invested latest modern equipment (IQF line 600kgs/hour; refreezing 700kgs/hour; 3 contact freezers 1;500kgs/batch; 2 flake ices machine with 50 Tons/day; two cold store with capacity 400MT; cooking line 500kg/hour). Metal detectors, vacuum machine..etc. The company has been applying quality control program such as BRC, HACCP, SSOP and GMP to ensure our best quality products supplied to customers. We also have our own lab to test for micro and anti-biotic using Elisa machine.
Our main products are: Black tiger, Cattiger, White, Pink that are processed for raw and cooked (hoso, hlso PTO, PD, PUD), Nobashi, skewer ..etc Our processing capacity is 10,000 matric tons of finished products per year
